  • Controllable Property Notice

    Inventory Control will send out an automated email to faculty and staff listing the Controllable Property assigned to them for confirmation.  The file will be created, and email delivered if the Last Inventory Date has not been updated within each year (greater than 365 days).

     

    The attached file on the email is an Excel spreadsheet with a list of Controllable Property assigned to you.  You’ll be required to enter “Yes” or “No” in the Still Have column and return the completed spreadsheet to inventorycontrol@uconn.edu.  If you enter “No”, you will be required to enter an explanation in the Comments section.

     

    Please update the location (Building and Room fields) on the spreadsheet if necessary.

     

    The email will continue to be delivered to you until Inventory Control receives the completed file.
