    Lunch will be provided for those who RSVP with their selection by Tuesday, April 22nd, at 11:00am sharp. To RSVP, simply email lectureseries@chip.uconn.edu and indicate option 1, 2, 3, or 4: 

    1. Falafel Pocket (delicious vegetarian patties made from ground chick peas, fava beans and vegetable oil, then topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, tahini sauce and wrapped in pita bread)
    2. Shawarma (Gyro) (marinated, center-cut filet (shaved beef) wrapped in pita bread with lettuce, onions, and tahini sauce)
    3. Chicken Kabab (marinated tenderloins of chicken wrapped in pita bread with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and tahini sauce)
    4. Sujouk (sausages) (ground beef mixed with spices and garlic, grilled and wrapped in pita bread with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and tahini sauce)

    About the Speaker

    John Mangano is Vice President at comScore where he leads comScore’s Health, Retail and Travel practices. Through viewing the online activity of over 1 million Americans, his team provides deep insights into how patients, health care providers, travelers and shoppers use and interact with the internet and how that activity ultimately turns into offline activity.  John is well-known as an expert on internet behavior and has spoken at many industry events including ePharma, DTC National and Digital Pharma East.  He has been cited in countless international publications and testified at the FDA internet marketing hearings in November 2009.He has been at the forefront of the internet being one of the original 20 people to launch the wireless internet at AT&T Wireless in 2001 and launched an online music store in 1995. He holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
