    Do you ever wonder who to contact with a PageUp search and hire question?  Last Fall, HR updated the right-side of the PageUp Dashboard, “Guidelines / Tips.”  While the top of the column includes links to overview resources and help documentation, the bottom of the column includes “Who to Contact” information. To ensure timely responses as Spring and Summer hiring volume picks up, please send questions to the appropriate contact:

    Who to Contact?

    • Workforce@uconn.edu for PageUp technical support, cancel requests, update search committee members, or recruitment sources, etc.
    • Advertising@uconn.edu for suggestions on where to post a job, to close/extend a job posting, etc.
    • SPAR@uconn.edu for questions related to special payroll policies, such as title/offer letter selection, compensation, dual employment, conflict of interest, etc.
    • Your HR Specialist for questions related to regular payroll policies, such as title/offer letter selection, compensation, start date revisions, etc.

    As a reminder, the HR PageUp Help Website includes quick step guides, tutorials, a link to register for monthly PageUp trainings, and many other resources.
