Students can also use our online chat assistance available through isss.uconn.edu for general questions. However, chat assistance is not for advising questions (advising questions= more complex questions about your individual situation). Email your advising questions to international@uconn.edu and await a response from your ISSS advisor, or use the services described above to meet with your advisor. We will notify students by email of any changes to the posted hours due to time out of office.
