Veronica Ferriss, FileNet Administrator for Information Technology Services, is retiring after more than 20 years of service to the state of Connecticut and UConn. Veronica started her career at the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. As the agency’s Records Management Liaison Officer and FileNet Administrator, she facilitated key Enterprise Content Management (ECM) initiatives, such as the complete redesign and digitization of the Public Records room.  Veronica joined UConn in 2012 as the FileNet Administrator and played an integral role in bringing ECM to the University.  She provided exemplary support and guidance on numerous ECM projects, including the automation of digital conversions of important university records and student documentation.

Veronica’s commitment to excellence and success of the people and projects she has supported has made her an asset to the University.  We are grateful for her dedication and contributions and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.
