On behalf of the African American Faculty and Staff Association (AAFSA) Executive Board, you are cordially invited to attend our monthly General Meetings throughout the academic term. The AAFSA is focused on providing a support network and a host of resources for African and African American faculty, staff, students and allies.

Our next meeting will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, October 26th from noon to 1:30pm. For the first part of the meeting, our very own Trisha Hawthorne will reprise her presentation on self care and lead a short discussion on how we can take better care of ourselves during times of stress.
For the second half of the meeting, we welcome Rashonda Harris, the Director of Award Management and Post Award Services. Rashonda will share the story of her journey and offer us words of wisdom.
