  • Access the Employee Vaccination Portal

    As of August 18, 2021, the University of Connecticut requires all employees to receive a vaccination for COVID-19 or be granted a deferral or a medical or religious exemption. The policy requires employees to report their vaccination status through an on-line University system.

    This system is only intended for UConn employees at the Storrs, Regional, and Law School campuses. Employees at UConn Health should use that campus' system. Graduate Assistants should use the student system.

    Please note the following deadlines:

    • September 1, 2021: Submit Intent to Seek a Deferral or Medical / Religous Exemption (Part I of Form Required)
    • September 10, 2021: Submit vaccination status (fully or first-dose of 2 dose vaccine) and documentation, if not seeking an exemption.
    • October 15, 2021: Submit second-dose of 2 dose vaccine (or single-dose Johnson & Johnson) status and documentation.
