Reminder notices for service ratings (performance appraisals) for classified staff were emailed on August 12, 2021. Prior to the employee signing the form, supervisors should send the evaluations to the Office of Faculty and Staff Labor Relations, via filelocker, for approval. These service ratings are due to Labor Relations no later than SEPTEMBER 15, 2021.
