UConn Health researchers invite healthcare providers who practice in Connecticut to participate in a brief survey to gauge current referral and consultation practices, as well as their potential interest in eReferral and eConsult tools.
What does the study involve?
- One-time, 10-15 minute online survey including:
- Demographic information about yourself
- Questions about your current referral and consultation practices
- Definitions of eReferrals and eConsults
- Questions about your potential interest in eReferrals and eConsults
