COVID 19 Vaccine Hesitancy and Anxiety Study
Do you have thoughts on the COVID-19 vaccine? I am conducting a study on COVID-19
vaccine hesitancy, anxiety, and emotional reasoning for my senior thesis project If you are 18
years old or older you are eligible to participate in this study! The purpose of this research is to
examine the reasoning behind COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy and acceptance as to how it relates to
