  • Have an Idea to Share with the Alumni Community?

Do you have an idea you would like to share with the UConn Alumni Community?

The UConn Foundation and The Werth Institute are collaborating to offer this year’s Innovation Conversations: Ideas Untapped.   We are anticipating an in-person event held at Burns & Levinson in the Boston Financial District on October 21, 2021. The theme for this year is "Ideas Untapped".

We are looking for undergraduate students passionate about a topic and would like to share it with the UConn Alumni community. If you feel you have a new idea, unique story, lesson learned through experience, or other kind of fresh perspective on advancements we should explore together, both as a university community and as global citizens, we encourage you to apply to speak! There are no requirements for major, plan of study, or college of enrollment.

Click here to access an application form that will collect information about both your idea you would like to speak and a bit about yourself. You will be submitting a 2-3 minute video of yourself explaining your proposed talk- please have such a file prepared before beginning.  With a pre-prepared video, this form should take under 10 minutes to complete. Following completion of this form, we will be in touch to discuss your submission.
