The University of Connecticut has recently established a partnership with Iron Mountain to provide record management and secure shredding services to all University departments. The agreement, available through E&I Cooperative Services, will offer a variety of services such as storage, archival destruction, supplies (boxes/labels), and transportation of files.
Utilizing Iron Mountain’s services is easy. All interested departments can establish an individual non-catalogue purchase order through HuskyBuy for their respective area. This will allow departments to manage their own inventory, order supplies as needed, and oversee individual billings. Departments will be invoiced monthly with Net 30 payment terms.
