    Full Description

One year ago, the Covid-19 pandemic necessitated an abrupt requirement to telecommute for most organizations, including the UConn community.   With this change came blurred lines between our career and personal lives, with many employees describing longer workdays and increasing levels of stress.

The inability to unplug and disconnect from ones workday may lead to lower levels of productivity, less motivation and creativity, and decreased mental health.  The good news is that there are ways to create better balance.   Please plan to join staff from the UConn EAP for this noontime offering where we’ll explore the impact of telecommuting work arrangements on staff.  The presentation will also outline strategies to support emotional well-being.
