The Commencement Office is seeking volunteers to assist with the execution of the in-person Commencement ceremonies taking place outdoors at Rentschler Field from May 8 – May 12, 2021. Ceremonies will be held rain or shine. The full schedule is noted below.
Volunteer roles include guest escorts, tent monitors, volunteer registration staff, student movers, etc. There could be a significant amount of standing and/or walking, as required. Volunteers will be provided lunch, water, and an item that will allow you to be easily identified as a volunteer (ex. neon vest). You are free to register for one or more date/time slots. *Deadline to register is Friday, April 23, 2021.*
