  • Yoga for Stress Reduction

    Need a mini-break? Each Monday beginning February 3, Counseling and Mental Health Services will offer free yoga sessions from 12:10pm-1pm (open to all members of the UConn community) and 4pm-5pm (open to UConn students only). Mats are provided. Please just wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Sessions will be conducted by registered yoga instructor Tosca Braun in Arjona room 407.

     

    Advanced registration is recommended, however drop-ins are welcomed pending available space!
