  • 11/27 PeopleSoft Student Administration System Upgrade

    The University is upgrading the PeopleSoft Student Administration System to a newer version of the software. This upgrade ensures that we stay on the latest, fully supported version and introduces enhancements to our community.

    • For students, the interface will be redesigned. The homepage will feature a collection of tiles for the main categories and second-level pages will have updated, simplified navigation. These pages will also dynamically adjust to smaller screens, delivering a much better experience on mobile devices.
    • For instructors, advisors, and administrators, the homepage will also change, but once within the system, it will look and function the same as previous versions. Any Favorites saved in the old version will not transfer to the new one. We recommend that capture them so that you can reset them after the upgrade.

    While the work is performed, Student Admin will be unavailable starting Friday, November 27. The upgraded 9.2 system will be available for limited use by administrative business areas on Monday, November 30 and fully open to all faculty, staff, and students on Wednesday, December 2.
