Dear State Employees,
This year’s health care Open Enrollment was unlike any other. Unprecedented circumstances forced us to postpone the enrollment period and rely on virtual events. While not without its challenges, it provided us an opportunity to engage with more people than ever and provide details on some new plan features. On behalf of myself and my staff, I would like to thank you for your flexibility with this year’s Open Enrollment and I hope you are satisfied with your plan selections.
We don't know what the future holds, but as we plan ahead, we need your feedback. What did you like and not like about this year's Open Enrollment? Are you interested in continuing with a virtual format in future years? Or do you want to see in-person events return when we're able?
Additionally, we want to hear your thoughts on our plan offerings, including State Blue Care Prime Plus POS and the Dental HMO plans, and what you liked or didn’t like about them.
