MEDFLEX is a benefit that provides a tax-free way to pay out-of-pocket medical care expenses (between $520 and $2,750) not covered by our State health and dental plans. This will allow you to save money on the cost of these products and services.
Progressive Benefit Solutions (PBS) is the State’s third party administrator for MEDFLEX. All participants, including current MEDFLEX participants, must either enroll/re-enroll online or submit a completed enrollment form for the 2021 Plan Year to PBS by 10/31/2020: MEDFLEX Enrollment Form
Those planning to retire during 2021 will be permitted to enroll online, but will also need to submit a paper enrollment form for the 2021 Plan Year.
