Leadership & Organizational Development is excited to introduce Let's Talk Leadership, a new open enrollment workshop program! We offer interactive, hour-long, weekly workshops to aid in your leadership development.
Upcoming Workshop: Accessibility 101; Thursday, 10/15 at 2pm EDT via Zoom
Through this workshop, participants will learn what it means to be accessible in their communication and interactions. They will hear short testimonials from people with disabilities about their experiences with inaccessibility in organizations and in the classroom. The goal of the workshop is to teach leaders not only their legal obligations to be accessible, but also how they can open themselves to being inclusive of everyone by better listening to and understanding the experiences of those with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
