  • Survey: How Has COVID-19 Affected Your Lifestyle

Title: How Has COVID-19 Affected Your Lifestyle?

Researchers from the Kinesiology department at the University of Connecticut and the University of Wisconsin La Crosse are conducting a survey study to determine how COVID-19 has affected people’s exercise habits and to determine some of the contributing factors influencing these changes. Whether you regularly exercise, have never exercised, recently stopped or started exercising, we would encourage you to participate.

The online survey consists of 35 multiple-choice questions, which should take about 9 minutes to complete. If you do not regularly exercise, the survey will be shorter, about 16 questions.

The survey will ask you questions about: demographics, COVID-19 related restrictions enforced in your area, your exercise habits before and during the pandemic, and your perceptions of changes in your fitness due to changes in your exercise routine. No personal identifying data will be collected. The data will be securely stored on secure servers and laptops. There is no compensation for completing this survey, but we greatly appreciate your time and participation to help us understand how the pandemic has affected people’s lives and health.

Clicking on the link below will take you to the survey. You will be presented with a short informed consent form before the survey begins.
