On Wednesday evening 6/10/2020, We will turn on a result interface from vRad to Epic.
The vRad vendor's Radiologists cover the overnight emergent radiology imaging reading service from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. This change will allow the vRad prelim results to be available in Epic as soon as the vRad radiologist completes the prelim results. We will continue to have the vRad reports faxed to the ordering department for a few weeks. Once all users are familiar with the vRad reports in Epic, we will turn off the faxing process. The reports will continue to be available in PACS. A training tip sheet will be available for your reference on 6/9. If you have any issues, please contact the service desk, X4400.
