R1307 Building 400 Convert Freezer Room
- Project Scope: Selective demolition, HVAC (cooling), electrical work and painting.
- Schedule: Completion on or around the week of June 29, 2020.
- Impacts:
- Be aware of posted signage and do not enter construction areas.
- Construction scheduled during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

CGSB R1207/R1241 – Convert to Zebrafish Facility
- Project Scope: Convert food serving area and microscope lab to a zebrafish research facility.
- Schedule: Construction has begun and is expected to be complete in early August.
- Impacts:
- Construction is scheduled during normal business hours and off hours.
- Be aware of barriers and posted signage. Do not enter construction areas.

Dermatology Renovations– Psoriasis Clinic
- Project Scope: Convert former emergency department located in the C/Main Building, Main Level to the new UConn Dermatology Psoriasis Clinic.
- Schedule: Construction process has begun and is expected to be complete by mid-November.
- Impacts:
- Construction scheduled during normal business hours and off hours.
- Be aware of barriers and posted signage. Do not enter construction areas.
- Construction containers and dumpsters will be placed in M2 Parking Lot.

L Building – 3rd Floor Renovation
- Project Scope: Renovate L Building 3rd area between the Academic Elevators and the Connecticut Tower Elevator Lobby
- Schedule: Construction has begun and is expected to be substantially complete by the end of the year.
- Impacts:
- There will be no access through the construction area. Be aware of barriers and posted signage. Do not enter construction areas.
- Construction has been scheduled during normal business hours and off hours depending on activities.
- Construction workers will be accessing dumpsters at the West Dock.

ARB Laboratory Renovation – E3035 Tissue Culture Room
- Project Scope: Add tissue culture to existing lab.
- Schedule: Construction is scheduled to start the week of May 18th and is expected to be complete around the end of June.

- Schedule: Start – May 9, 2020 and completion on or around the week of July 20, 2020.
- Impacts:
- Be aware of posted signage and do not enter construction areas.
- Construction scheduled during non-working hours. Majority of the scope will occur on Saturdays.
- Work will take place during non-patient hours, weekends, non-impact to patients and/or staff. Crews will prep and install security devices in stairways, starting in Stair – 4, floors 2 and 3.
- Project Representative to coordinate with staff, if there any changes to the work schedule.

MSI Building – Radiology Building Security
