  • Midday Meditation with UConn Health Psychologists

    Psychologists in UConn Health's Department of Psychiatry are now offering a daily (M-F) "Midday Meditation" from 12:15 to 12:30 p.m.  If your workday allows, we invite all UConn employees and students, including telecommuters, to join us in this opportunity to take a 15-minute pause in your workday to attend to yourselves.

    Please tune in with us to share in evidenced based practices of mindful breathing, body and sensory awareness, relaxation, and self-compassion, to help reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety, calm the body and the mind, regulate emotions, and increase resilience in these times of vulnerability.
