Scholarship & Award Announcements

  • Research, Study & Teach English with Fulbright

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program Awards for 2021-2022 opens March 31, 2020!

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides grants for individually designed study/research projects or for English Teaching Assistant Programs. During their grants, Fulbrighters will meet, work, live with and learn from the people of the host country, sharing daily experiences. Through engagement in the community, the individual will interact with their hosts on a one-to-one basis in an atmosphere of openness, academic integrity, and intellectual freedom, thereby promoting mutual understanding. https://us.fulbrightonline.org

While "Fulbright Week at UConn" events on campus are now cancelled, LuAnn Saunders-Kanabay, Fulbright Program Advisor, IS available to "meet" with you via email, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp to review the Fulbright student program and application process and to answer your questions. We are also working on hosting a live information session - keep checking for an announcement here.

You can also schedule a "meeting" with LuAnn via Nexus:  https://nexus.uconn.edu/secure_per/schedule1.php?stser=1502
