Encourage your student leaders to increase their leadership capacity by facilitating leadership workshops for UConn students!
Leadership and Organizational Development is looking for student facilitators for the Leadership Workshop Series. As a facilitator, you will have the unique role of working with other undergraduate students to help them realize their leadership potential.
Facilitators are chosen through an application process and are trained on facilitation best practices throughout the semester. The time commitment to be a facilitator is roughly 3-4 hours per week. Prior participation in the leadership workshop series is not required; however, facilitation/presentation/teaching experience is preferred.
