Dear UConn Community,
The next event of the French section is drawing near: our Make your Own Croissant Workshop will take place on Wednesday, March 11 from 5:30pm to 7pm in Room 329 of the Student Union.
What it’s about: the TAs will provide all the ingredients required to make delicious croissants, and each participant will have a certain number of options to personalize his or her pastry (savory options as well as sweet options, and some decorative items). Once the croissants are cooked, four TAs will judge them and determine a winner for the competition, who shall receive a $10 gift card to the Bistro on Union Street. The criteria for the competition include taste, looks, and presentation by the student.
There is a limit of 25 spots for the event, so make sure you reach out to the TAs quickly!
