    Re: Annual Report of Activity and Achievement

    As indicated under article 21.2b of the UCPEA collective bargaining agreement, management may require employees to provide an Annual Report of Activity and Achievement to their supervisors as a source of information for performance evaluations. This announcement constitutes formal notice of such requirement. Please submit final written reports for this evaluation year to your supervisor by April 15, 2020, for consideration in the evaluation process. This is an opportunity for employees to share information with supervisors about job related activities and achievements from May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020.

    In addition, in compliance with the UCPEA contract, article 21.2b, this constitutes formal notice that an Annual Report of Activity and Achievement will be required for the next evaluation year (May 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021).
