UConn Spring Valley Student Farm, as members of The Windham Community Food Network, invite you to the Fifth Annual Know Your Farmer Fair on Saturday, February 29, 2020 from10am – 1pm at the Windham Town Hall Auditorium, 979 Main Street, Willimantic, CT.
This free, public event, now in its fifth season, is an opportunity for residents, chefs, and merchants to meet local farmers and look ahead to the upcoming growing season.
Residents can shop farmer’s market style as well as ask about local Community Supported Agriculture Programs (CSA), farm stands, and pick-your-own opportunities. Chefs, merchants and local schools can meet farmers and make contacts for sourcing products for the 2018 growing season.
