  • Block & Bridle Spring Ham Sale

    It is that time of year where the Block and Bridle club hold their Spring Ham Sale. 

    This year, hams will cost $3.75 per pound and will be cut to order (whole, halved, ham steaks) by club members. They are maple cured, smoked and ready to eat. They are not water added and are very lean. 

    We will also be offering kielbasa both regular, and jalepeno chedder kielbasa for $4.00 per pound.

    Order forms are available here or you can request one from Laura Irwin or Caroline Smith. 

    A $20cash or check deposit is required for each order placed. Orders can also be emailed to Laura Irwin and the deposit can be sent in the mail. Forms and deposits can be mailed to: Block and Bridle Club c/o Animal Science Department 17 Manter Rd., Storrs, CT 06269-4040

    Orders can be picked up on Monday April 6th or Friday April 10th between 1 pm and 6 pm in the Ratcliffe Hicks Building Meat Lab just off of Route 195.
