This year’s annual performance evaluation training for supervisors of employees covered by the UCPEA bargaining unit is scheduled for March 6, 2020 and March 11, 2020. The training is a joint labor-management effort that outlines the current performance evaluation process.
If you are new to this process, we encourage you to attend one of these sessions. Supervisors who have attended this training in the past are welcome to review the presentation on the HR website.
The training sessions will be held on the following dates and times:
- Friday, March 6, 2020: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., Dodd Center, Room 162 (20 person max.)
- Wednesday, March 11, 2020: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Alumni Center, Great Hall (100 person max.)
