Life threatening bleeding results in many preventable deaths due to trauma each year. Come learn about the basics of bleeding control, from applying tourniquets to packing wounds and more at Stop the Bleed class offered by UConn Rescue this Saturday, October 19th, from 12-1:30pm. This is a FREE class, and is open to anyone regardless of medical background/experience. All participants will receive a certificate of completion that is good for life.
