Reminder notices for service ratings (performance appraisals) for classified staff were emailed the week of August 26, 2019. Prior to the employee signing the form, supervisors should send the evaluations to the Office of Faculty and Staff Labor Relations, U-5075, for approval. These service ratings are due to Labor Relations no later than SEPTEMBER 13, 2019.
