Effective Wednesday July 17, 2019 departments will now be able to order janitorial supplies on HuskyBuy through university supplier C&C Janitorial Supply.

As part of a university-wide effort, Central Stores will no longer carry janitorial supplies and departments will now order those supplies through HuskyBuy. Three separate catalogs have been set up: one for the General Campus, one for Dining only, and a third for Facility Operations/Residential Life only. Only items approved by Supply Chain Management are loaded in each respective catalog. Access to each catalog is dependent on a user’s home department organizational code.
When the catalogs launch, you may see items listed as “Not Available”, which are items not approved for general offices or other areas on campus. We are launching the catalogs in this manner in an effort to get this new supplier showcase to the HuskyBuy marketplace in a timely manner. Efforts in tandem with our software supplier JAGGAER continue to fine-tune each catalog which will eventually display only those items that are purchasable in each area. For now, pictures and descriptions of all items will be present in all catalogs.
