The Parking Services customer service office in the Warehouse Building, 3 Discovery Drive, will be closed on Wednesday, April 17. The office will remain closed through Monday, April 22.
During the closure, all online services will be available and our email and voice communication will be maintained in the normal manner.
The office will reopen in a temporary location within the same Warehouse Building on Tuesday, April 23.
Customers will be directed by signage to use the Transportation Services entrance, located on the west (Facilities Operations) side of the Warehouse building to access our temporary office space.
Our temporary office relocation is required to accommodate the refurbishment of the permanent customer service area.
We look forward to returning to our permanent office location in August!
