The next meeting of the University Senate will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019 from 4:00-6:00pm in Rome Ballroom, South Campus.
Documentation for the meeting can be found on the Senate website. Senators are urged to read through the agenda packet carefully prior to the meeting and come prepared to raise any questions or concerns they may have.
Susan Herbst will be opening the University Senate meeting as usual with her Report of the President. To make this report as useful as possible for Senate members and to promote a vigorous and productive dialog with the president within the Senate meeting, we encourage you to think in advance of questions/issues that you would like her to address. Your questions can be emailed in advance to cheryl.galli@uconn.edu by 9 AM on Monday morning. When you send us your questions, please indicate whether you would like us to include your name as we forward them. Of course, the opportunity will always be there to ask questions from the floor of the Senate directly.
The agenda also includes reports from the Vice President for Research and the Vice President for Student Affairs.
