Do you enjoy a nice hearty bowl of pho, Vietnamese noodle soup?
Well, you'll love its Cambodian equivalent, kathieu! Kathieu is very similar to pho in the sense that it is a soup comprised of rice noodles in broth with chicken, beef, meatballs, onions and more, garnished with your choice of bean sprouts, cilantro, etc.!
The Thai, Lao, and Cambodian Student Association will be having a kathieu fundraiser on Monday, March 11th from 11AM to 3PM in the Asian American Cultural Center (4th floor of the Student Union). We'll also be serving Thai iced tea! Prices are as follows:
- kathieu/pho: $8
- Thai tea: $3
- combo of kathieu and Thai tea: $10
