MIXED is a program from multiple Cultural Centers that celebrates multiple heritages/cultures. For the first time ever, we will be hosting a Food Fusion Feud. It will be a cooking competition that has a goal of creating a dish that represents multiple ethnicities or cultures. There will be teams of at most 4 people. You will have an hour to create your recipes and it will be judged by two MIXED students based on various criteria! We will provide most of the ingredients, as long as you request it. Spectators will also be allowed to come and cheer on the teams! Any student who has the interest of cooking with friends to make a delicious creation is encouraged to join!
The event will be on Monday, February 11th at 6 PM in the Asian American Cultural Center.
