Good Morning UConn Students!
I'm Patrick Kornegay Jr. and I'm the Co-Communications Chair on the Sports Committee for SUBOG. We're looking for students interested in joining our committee who have an interest in anything sports related! The Sports Committee, led by Autumnsarah Foster-Pagett, oversee the sports-related events at UConn including the Beyond the Field lecture series, Homecoming Tailgate, and Watch Parties as well as popular sports figures like Stephen A. Smith, and travel trips to popular sports games around New England. We have weekly meetings on Mondays from 5:30 - 6:30 at the Student Union in room 410! This is a great opportunity to meet with other students who have a passion for sports as well as sharpen leadership/public speaking skills! We're very excited to have more people on our committee, see y'all there!
