A UConn Men's Project event
Masculinity – Men of UConn, explore and join in the conversation as we deconstruct masculinity within the Asian/Asian American and Latinx community and what it does to us. This workshop will explore the cognitive and emotional aspects of having an Asian/Asian American or Latinx identity, such as the impact of the perceptions of being asexual or portraying machismo. We will develop alternative perspectives for coping and identify pro-social behaviors we can implement into our daily lives.
