With the launch of HealthONE, all appointments with an associated order are required to be linked to the appointment at the time of scheduling, including mammography appointments. Due to the scheduling requirements in HealthONE, schedulers will be unable to schedule appointments without an electronic or faxed copy of the order from the ordering provider.
To ensure appointments are scheduled in a timely manner, please make certain that orders are available electronically or have been faxed to the appropriate recipient. For assistance with this process, please refer to your Super User or at-the-elbow support (ATE) for immediate assistance.
