Exciting news! OPIM Innovate is happy to announce a great opportunity for students and faculty that may be interested in learning about visual analytics using the Tableau platform .We are offering a workshop this Friday, March 23rd from 1:00PM - 2:30PM. All workshops will be held in the OPIM Research Lab, BUSN 391 and food and refreshments will be made available.
The discussion will include an overview of the Tableau software platform and how it is used in visualization. We will touch upon the best practices of data visualization and the strengths and weaknesses of telling a story with data using Tableau. We will be providing additional resources for those who would like to learn more. There are only 20 spots available so please register now.
