    InfoEd for UConn Health Upgrade
    System Unavailable
    January 24, 2018 10 p.m. – January 26, 2018 5 p.m.

    The Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR), Research IT Services would like to notify UConn Health researchers and administrators that the InfoEd eRA portal for UConn Health will be offline between 10 p.m., Wednesday January 24, 2018 and 5 p.m., Friday January 26, 2018 for a planned upgrade of the system. During the planned maintenance period, access to the UConn Health InfoEd portal will be unavailable. This outage does not affect the submission of proposals to external sponsors, as they are not submitted through InfoEd. Also, InfoEd for Storrs/regional campuses is not affected and will remain operational for those users who utilize that system.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we upgrade the system to the latest software release to bring additional functionality, enable system improvements, and correct defects. The upgrade also positions us for the launch of the Financial Conflict of Interest module at UConn Health later this quarter.
