Scholarship time is upon us...
University Health Professionals is offering scholarships for our members, high school dependents of members, and college dependents of members.
If you are a member in good standing or a dependent of a member in good standing, scholarship applications are available online at www.uhp3837.com. Please access the scholarship application (from your personal device, not a work computer) and follow the instructions for submission. The scholarship deadline is Friday, February 16, 2018, at 5pm. Incomplete applications and applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.
