Title: NICHE Program Implementation
Time: Noon to 1:00 pm
Location: Low Auditorium
This presentation will introduce the audience to the NICHE Program and discuss the program’s primary goals at UConn John Dempsey Hospital. Presenters will define the purpose of the SPICES Tool and identify at least 3 geriatric syndromes that comprise the acronym of SPICES. Lastly, the team will identify how the NICHE program can change the way you practice on your nursing unit.
