Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to):
Identify the hot topics in medical education that are recognized at the national level.
Recognize the factors that affect SOM medical education across the continuum of our curriculum.
Discuss the paradigms for change in medical education and the barriers that affect change.
Hot Topics will include Fostering Wellness through Autonomy, Wellness in GME, Making Change Happen, EAPS, EMR, and Tactics to solve the crisis of Community Preceptors.
