Stress is an inevitable part of life; there's no way to completely avoid it, nor would we want to. Stress motivates us to plan ahead and accomplish great things. However, too much stress can create issues in our professional and personal lives, especially if it continues over a long period. This workshop is designed to highlight the differences between positive/negative stressors and physiological responses to stress. Participants will identify and gain insight into their current stressors, and learn techniques and strategies for effective coping and stress reduction.
