The CT State Employees’ Campaign for Charitable Giving is offering a special membership offer for the month of February for new and renewing members of BJ’s Wholesale Club. Employees who renew or apply for a new BJ’s membership will receive $15 off the regular $50 annual fee, plus receive 1 free additional months of membership. This promotion is open to family and friends. Please visit www.csec.ct.gov under the Quick Links tab for an application. Applications must be postmarked by March 3,2017.
BJ’s will donate $5 to the CSEC for every application received through this promotion.
All applications and checks should be payable to BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. and should be mailed to the CSEC Campaign Office, 24 Stott Avenue, Norwich, CT 06360 to the attention of Jan Gwudz. If paying by check a driver’s license number is required. Please do not add sales tax. This special offer is not valid online or at any BJ’s Club locations. A temporary shopping pass is sent via email after receiving your application and check. On a separate sheet of paper, please include your current state agency and email address where you would like a confirmation sent. Please be sure your family member, friend or neighbor indicate the state agency as well so credit goes to the appropriate agency. Renewals will not receive a new card, but can check with BJ’s for the status of their renewal application.
