Employee Health Services is holding a flu clinic Monday, Nov. 21, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Outpatient Pavilion, 7th floor large conference room. This is the last scheduled Employee Health flu clinic for employees, students, and volunteers.
Everyone must provide an ID badge or employee number.
All employees are required to report if they are declining the flu shot or have gotten it elsewhere.
We ask everyone to wear short sleeves to expedite the process.
