Remember that UConn Health encourages individuals to bring forward information and/or complaints about violations of state or federal law, University policy, rules or regulations. Retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports or who participates in the investigation of alleged violations is strictly forbidden. Any employee who does retaliate against another is subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. All members of the UConn Health community are encouraged to raise issues and concerns without fear of retaliation. Any person who feels that he or she has been the subject of retaliation should contact the Office of Audit, Compliance and Ethics immediately.
