CT Center for Primary Care 9th Annual Primary Care Summit
Health Professions Student and Resident Networking & Leadership Training Session
The CT AHEC Network works collaboratively with the Connecticut Center for Primary Care (CCPC) to provide programming for health professions students and residents. CCPC was founded in 2002 by ProHealth Physicians as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. CCPC conducts research on new approaches to health care delivery and payment in primary care.
The purpose of the CCPC Primary Care Summit is to educate Connecticut's health care professionals on national trends and experiences which impact primary care. The Summit will be held on Thursday, November 10th, 2016 at the Hartford Marriott, 15 Farm Springs Road, Farmington, CT.
